Accessibility Statement

Preamble

The accessibility statement is the result of an effective assessment of the website’s compliance with the applicable reference standard.

The accessibility statement includes :

  1. A statement of compliance :
       - Full compliance : if all the RGAA evaluation criteria are met (106 criteria in total) ;
       - Partial compliance : if at least 50% of the RGAA evaluation criteria are met ;
       - Non-compliance : if there is no valid audit result available to assess compliance with the criteria, or if fewer than 50% of the RGAA evaluation criteria are met.
  2. A description of inaccessible content, distinguishing between content that does not comply with the  RGAA exempted content, and content subject to an exemption on the grounds of disproportionate burden. 
    In the latter case, the exemptions must be explained and justified.
    Where applicable, this information is accompanied by a description of the accessible alternatives provided.
  3. Assistance and contact mechanisms :
    an accessible mechanism (email address or form) enabling anyone to report accessibility issues to the organisation concerned, and enabling people with disabilities to request the relevant information or an accessible alternative solution.
  4. A statement informing users of their right to contact the Défenseur des droits (French Defender of Rights) if they receive no response or no satisfactory solution after having used the mechanism referred to above.
