Subject to user registration, the website approchescooperatives.org provides the user with free access to the following services:
• Consultation and downloading of digital publications
• Participation in forums and webinars
The website is accessible free of charge from any location to any adult user aged at least 18 with Internet access. All costs incurred by the user to access the service (computer equipment, software, Internet connection, etc.) are borne by the user.

Likewise, APAC cannot be held responsible for the use or interpretation of the information contained on the website. APAC cannot be held liable for any viruses that may infect the user’s computer or any other hardware following use of, access to, or downloading from the website. APAC’s liability cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure or due to the unforeseeable and unavoidable actions of a third party.

However, by publishing content on the website, the user grants APAC, the publishing association, a non‑exclusive and free right to represent, reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute, and disseminate their publication, directly or through an authorized third party, worldwide, on any medium (digital or physical), for the duration of intellectual property rights. The user notably grants the right to use their publication on the Internet and mobile networks. APAC, the publishing association, undertakes to display the member’s name near each use of their publication. All content posted by the user is their sole responsibility. The user agrees not to post content that may harm the interests of third parties. Any legal action brought by a third party against the website will be handled by the user. User content may be deleted or modified at any time and for any reason by the website, without notice.

Article 8: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
French law applies to this contract. In the absence of an amicable resolution of a dispute arising between the parties, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
