This form allows you to register for a webinar scheduled by "Cooperative Approaches". Please fill it in carefully to avoid any mistakes. In particular, please make sure to enter your e-mail address correctly so that we can contact you. After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation of your registration and, a few days before the webinar date, an invitation and a connection link.

The number of participants in a webinar is limited to 20 to allow for discussion and interaction. By registering for a webinar, you are committing to participate, because if you register without participating, you may prevent the participation of another person.
